Terms & Conditions — InReal Cards

Effective date: October 01 2025



1) What you are buying

The InReal Card (“Card”) is a digital product that grants:

  • Early access to features, events, and communications related to the InReal app.

  • A symbolic link to square meters (“m²”) within a company-held Real-World Asset (RWA) portfolio in Siargao, Philippines currently being formed (the “RWA Layer”).

  • Tier-dependent benefits (e.g., limited in-app skin, priority to future pre-allocation windows such as pre-SAFT or SAFE (UK ASA) when available and subject to eligibility/KYC).

Important: The symbolic m² is not a transfer of land title, deed, lease, or any immediate property right to you. It is a membership-style reference to a portfolio of real assets held at the company level, designed to anchor future missions, venues, and partner activations in the InReal ecosystem.



2) No public securities offer

The Card is not a security or an investment product. Purchasing a Card does not grant equity, debt, profit shares, dividends, voting rights, or direct income streams.

Any future opportunities (e.g., pre-SAFT, SAFE/ASA) will be invite-only, subject to eligibility, KYC/AML, and separate legal documentation. Nothing on this page constitutes a public solicitation.



3) How the RWA Layer works (summary)

  • The RWA Layer consists of company-held assets (e.g., land, structures, energy/infra) in Siargao to support real local businesses and in-app missions.

  • Your Card’s symbolic m² indicates priority access and affiliation to this developing portfolio. It does not grant possession, occupancy, or usage rights in any specific parcel.

  • Exact RWA composition and locations may evolve. The portfolio is under formation and will be operated by entities designated by InReal Blue LTD and/or its affiliates.


4) Pricing, payment, and delivery

  • Cards are priced by tier (e.g., $40, $189, $300).

  • Payments are processed via Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank card) and/or whitelisted crypto rails if displayed.

  • Your receipt and Card confirmation are delivered to the email you provide at checkout. In-app benefits and digital items (e.g., skin) are claimable once the relevant feature is live.


5) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase. To exercise this right:

  • Email contact@inreal.land from your purchase email with subject “Withdrawal Request – [Order #]”.

  • We will cancel your Card and process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (processor timelines may vary).

Exceptions: If you have already claimed non-reversible digital items or accessed exclusive, capacity-limited benefits (e.g., limited skins fully minted/assigned), we may deduct a reasonable pro-rata value for those items from the refund, where permitted by consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.



6) Future access & eligibility

  • “Early access,” “priority windows,” and similar benefits are queueing/priority mechanisms, not guarantees of any allocation.

  • Access to any future financial instrument (pre-SAFT/SAFE/ASA, etc.) requires eligibility checks, KYC/AML, and acceptance of separate legal terms.

  • We may set or change eligibility criteria to comply with local laws.


7) Availability, changes, and limits

  • Card quantities are limited per tier and may sell out.

  • We may update Card benefits to improve user experience or comply with law, provided changes are non-materially detrimental to you.

  • If a material change is needed, you will be notified and may request a refund if you have not yet used non-reversible benefits.


8) Use of the app and digital items

  • Use of the InReal app is governed by separate App Terms and Privacy Policy (links on the landing).

  • Digital items (e.g., skins) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the InReal ecosystem.

  • We may suspend or revoke access for misuse (fraud, illegality, abuse, or violation of these Terms).


9) Testimonials and legal disclosures

  • Testimonials appearing on the landing page reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee outcomes.

  • The legal section lists the three supervising lawyers and jurisdictions for transparency only; it does not constitute legal advice to purchasers.


10) Warranties, liability, and risk

  • Cards are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of services or future features.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, InReal Blue LTD and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your Card shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Card.


11) Privacy and data

  • We collect minimal data required to fulfill your order and provide benefits (e.g., email, name, payment confirmation).

  • See the Privacy Policy for details on data storage, processors (e.g., Stripe), and your rights (access, deletion, portability).


12) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
